Valentino Rossi leads an enterprise that offers opportunities to young Italian motorcycling talent. The Academy VR46 Riders is the flagship for the training of elite pilots of the country.

The Academy serves as talent incubator, offering training both on-site and at Rossi's “Ranch”. Here, each rider receives customised training, by taking on specific challenges on the track to amplify their skills.
